Got a call from BRITA Water sales. The bloke on the other end got really annoyed when I told him not to share staff names or emails whenever they ring us out of the blue. He was all sarcastic, saying thanks for the "help", then just dropped the call. Not very professional, BRITA!

These people keep hassling me about some PPI compensation from a couple of Santander accounts I've never heard of. I've told them loads of times that I've never had any Santander stuff and that pushing this further is dodgy, but they just won't stop ringing. They said I must put it in writing to prove it, so after a while of their constant calls, I asked for their address. Turns out it’s Fast Track PPI Claims. I sent them a letter, but the calls haven't stopped, and now they’re saying I might owe them fees or something. Such a nightmare, proper annoying tossers. I've blocked their number now, but I reckon they'll find a way around it. At least I have their address, so if it carries on, I might have to take it up with the ombudsman.

Got a call from this number today, some company called Fast Track hassling me about an unpaid bill. Thing is, I don’t owe them a penny because I sorted a claim directly with HP ages ago. Now these lot say they got the refund for me? Yeah, right…… I actually got a cheque from HP back in November, but they only started bothering me in February saying they just won the claim on my behalf………….. Sorry, but no thanks Fast Track!

Fast Track PPI - just to say Ive had some dealings with them - they found a PPI claim I never knew about from my bank for £7,500. Their fees were quite steep, like 1.709 ratio or something, but I still ended up with money, so no real grumbles from me.

fast track ppi - they managed to get me some money back, i paid their fee but kept getting letters and calls non stop. i phoned them to ask for it to stop and it did for around a month, but now they’ve started ringing me again!!!

I got a call from someone called Sarah who said I may be owed PPI from Santander going back to 2004. She seemed pretty sure about it and mentioned they had some info on me, which is weird because I still have some paperwork from back then. They never asked for any bank details though. I got a call from them and as soon as I picked up, they wanted to speak to me by name. When I asked who it was, they just ended the call.
