Fast Track Claim said they sorted out a PPI payout for me, but I actually managed it on my own. They got in touch a while back, saying they couldn't assist with my eg card. Now they're asking for payment for some other bank account. Total scammers.

I keep getting these relentless calls about some PPI compensation linked to two Santander accounts that I've never even heard of. I've explained repeatedly that this is nonsense and pursuing it would be a fraudulent venture, yet they continue to bombard me. When I asked them to cease the calls, they said I needed to write them a formal letter confirming my position. At first, I avoided it, but their relentless pestering drove me to request their address. It turns out they're from Fast Track PPI Claims. So, I sent off a letter to them, but alas, the calls persist with claims that I might owe them fees. What a right nuisance! I've blocked their number now - it'll be interesting to see how they try to get around that. However, I've got their address, so it might be time to involve the ombudsman if this keeps up.

Got a call from this number today, some company called Fast Track hassling me about an unpaid bill. Thing is, I don’t owe them a penny because I sorted a claim directly with HP ages ago. Now these lot say they got the refund for me? Yeah, right…… I actually got a cheque from HP back in November, but they only started bothering me in February saying they just won the claim on my behalf………….. Sorry, but no thanks Fast Track!

Fast Track PPI - just to say Ive had some dealings with them - they found a PPI claim I never knew about from my bank for £7,500. Their fees were quite steep, like 1.709 ratio or something, but I still ended up with money, so no real grumbles from me.

fast track ppi - they managed to get me some money back, i paid their fee but kept getting letters and calls non stop. i phoned them to ask for it to stop and it did for around a month, but now they’ve started ringing me again!!!

I received a call from someone named Sarah, who claimed that I am entitled to a PPI refund from Santander dating back to 2004. I do have some paperwork from them, but she seemed to know a fair bit about my details, which made her sound rather credible. However, she didn’t ask for any bank account information. I received a call from this number, and as soon as I picked up, they mentioned my name. When I inquired who was calling, they abruptly hung up. It's becoming a nuisance as they keep ringing, only to disconnect without saying a word. I've just found out that this lot goes by the name of Fast-Track PPI. If you’ve received a call from their number, you can ring them back and request to have your details taken off their contact list. Give it a whirl!
