Got a ring from this number on Monday, early April 2014, around 11.23am. Heard nothing but quiet from the other side - made me think it was one of those automatic dialling machines from a cold-call firm. Hung up as soon as someone finally answered. I was under the impression cold-calling was banned? (2)
