Some bloke called Leon, said he was from IceKing Freezers and gave us a number to call about a freezer warranty. He rang on 02080545027, telling us to get in touch with that number if our freezer had any problems. We ended up giving them our bank details for an extended warranty.

I got a call on behalf of my 90-year-old mum saying something about her sewage cover needing replacement. Luckily, I picked up and let the scammer run their spiel before hanging up. This number is definitely dodgy and I flagged it as risky, since it’s the kind of trick that could scare or take advantage of older folks.
