He used my name and said he was ringing from British Gas, saying they needed to sort an appointment to replace my meters. I told him I only have one gas meter and it’s all fine, no need for any upgrades. Then he just hung up on me.

They shouldn't be sharing my info with call centres just to try and push these things on people.
