I received a call today from this number, claiming to be from Barclays. The person speaking had an Indian accent.

I've only just discovered from my mobile provider that I've been hit with a weekly charge of £4.50 since January 2016 for some online game I didn’t even know I was part of. Despite sending messages to discontinue it, I was never informed about how I might have signed up in the first place. This situation requires immediate attention, as I want to understand how I can get my money back. If necessary, I’m prepared to seek legal counsel and potentially involve the police. It seems I’m not alone in being conned; I suspect there are many others in the same boat as me.
