I switched from Sky to EE back in March 2024, and things were smooth at first. But after about seven months, Sky kept ringing and emailing me claiming I owe them money. The amount began at roughly £5 and has now jumped to nearly £20, with them threatening to hand my debt over to collections. I refuse to phone the number they gave since loads of folks have fallen victim to scams linked to it, plus they just ignore my letters and emails.
