Had a really bad experience with a cold call today. A guy called Edward, said he was from Preview, kept asking for someone who isn’t even employed here. He tried to sell us lead generation services, which we didn’t ask for. I gave him our general inbox to forward info, but he suddenly got quite rude, insisted on getting actual personal names, and then just cut the call off while I was replying. This sort of pushy selling and bad manners on the phone isn’t on at all. Please make sure our business is taken off your call list ASAP.
