Got a call from someone saying they're bailiffs tied to our court case, threatening to visit if we didn't pay up. They even gave a personal bank account to send money to and seemed to know all the details about our situation. Dont fall for it - never send cash like that. Always get in touch with the court yourself, they wouldnt make you pay like this over the phone.

Beware of this fraudulent call! Someone rang up pretending to be bailiffs concerning a court matter, threatening to physically show up if we didn’t cough up cash. They even provided a personal bank account for us to transfer funds into. Strangely enough, they had all the ins and outs of our situation. Whatever you do, don’t hand over any money! Always reach out to the court yourselves; they don’t ask for direct payments like that!

These lot managed to con us out of £3714, absolute nightmare. Don’t ever answer calls from these numbers: 0739-188338, where some so-called 'enforcement officer' named John Foster rings, or 0333-0444603, supposedly from CCBC Northampton with a bloke called Jonathon Parsons. Never hand over money to this account: 20262140321524. Real enforcement officers or debt collectors won’t just ring you up suddenly - they always send letters first giving you at least 28 days to reply. Stay clear and don’t trust em!

I got a call saying some county court enforcement bloke was coming to my house in 30 minutes. They told me the only thing to stop it was to pay 16% of the debt to what they said was a Santander account under the name escrow. Don’t fall for it, I’m convinced it’s a scam.

Someone told us this was the contact for Northampton CCBC, so we called. The person who picked up gave us bank account info, saying we had to pay right away to get extra time on an enforcement order connected to a cc. They warned if we didn’t pay quick, bailiffs would show up at our home within 30 minutes.
