Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2. I told her to ring me back on my landline after 5 since I was busy at work. But she ended up ringing my mobile again at 5:40, so I just put the phone down.

Beware of the number 03330115957 - it's a scam! A chap rang me, claiming to be from Currys, and offered me an iPhone 14. I can't stress enough: do not divulge any personal information. Also, watch out for +44 20 8123 9052 - another dodgy number! This person pretended to represent O2 and attempted to order a phone in my name, but wanted it delivered to a different address. Fortunately, I was able to trace it and ensure it went back to O2. Remember, O2 will never request your bank details or send one-time passcodes. If you ever need to contact them, always use their official customer service number! Stay safe!

Seems like someone is putting on a bit of a performance as O2, doesn’t it? Quite the cheeky ruse if you ask me!

This bloke was on the phone with me for a whole hour, trying to scam my bank details! He was pushing some iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB deal for £30 a month or something. Asked me for £50 upfront and wanted my account info. I just gave him a load of rubbish credit card numbers and told him the payment wouldn’t go through. Even made up some dodgy numbers just to mess with him. Honestly, stay well clear of this one!

Allegedly from O2, the caller stated that my contract had run its course and attempted to entice me into renewing it. I instantly realised it was a dodgy scheme of some kind, considering I’m not even a customer with O2.

Someone rang me saying they were from Carphone Warehouse, but it sounded off to me. Felt like a scam or something dodgy, so I didn't trust it at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend giving them any info.
