Really dodgy behaviour from these lot. They've been calling us repeatedly about insuring our Sky subscription. Then today, some bloke claiming to be a "supervisor" phoned up asking why we pulled out of the deal. I told him that my missus, despite initially agreeing and handing over some card info, immediately looked up the phone number and found all sorts of bad reviews. She then phoned the bank straightaway to cancel the card. When the "supervisor" asked why she did that, I said we don’t mess with scammers, and he just hung up on us.

I got a call from some bloke overseas who started asking about my Sky setup, then suddenly tried pushing me some insurance offer. Total scam, watch out!

Got a ring from this number earlier, and the caller claimed to be from BTG, pushing insurance for Sky kit. I told her I’ve already got Sky Protect, but she insisted Sky doesn’t cover their own stuff, which sounded a bit off to me. When I mentioned scams linked to Sky insurance, she suddenly got irate and began shouting, so I just ended the call. Honestly, don’t waste your time with them.
