Got a call from this number, there was a pause before they said "Hello, how are you?" I asked if they needed something, then a voice said, "Hi, this is Mike from the housing department following up on your issue." Sounded like some sort of automated or pre-recorded message in English. Feels dodgy, maybe a phishing scam - so I blocked it.
