I received a phone call regarding some issues with mould and dampness in my home. When I inquired about who was calling and requested them to verify either my name or address, they were completely stumped. It honestly felt like I was conversing with a robotic voice, perhaps an automated system run by a woman. Quite suspicious, if you ask me.

I picked up the call, but as soon as I said hello, they disconnected without a word. Quite strange, really!

I received one of those automated calls inquiring about issues with my property. Eventually, I was handed over to their so-called 'supervisor', who intriguingly had a rather strong Indian accent. He proceeded to quiz me about dampness and mould in my council flat. I decided to keep him on the line for as long as I could, just to squander his time. Be wary, folks! These calls are nothing but scams, so steer clear of sharing any personal details.
