Got a message saying a new gadget was signed up for mobile banking on 24/09 from "scamsantander". If you didn’t do this, you’re told to check out www.santander.co.uk-isp live/admin. Seems fishy to me.

I got a letter from what looked like an IVA advice line, just making sure everything about my closed IVA was done properly. At first, they reached out through the post. Seems legit, nothing dodgy about it.

The cost of calls matches calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). Mobile call costs differ based on the selected calling plan. Generally, these calls are included in free call packages.
