I just received a rather peculiar phone call today, 23rd November 2016 at precisely 1:55 PM. A woman on the line claimed to represent SGS and was inquiring about the delivery of some books for the local primary school, suggesting that I had consented to sponsor them. She had my name and company details at the ready and mentioned that the books were already printed and that I had given my approval back in August. When I firmly denied any involvement, she countered with a statement about recording our conversation, insisting they had a copy of it. When I asked her to play it back for me, she abruptly hung up. Just a heads up, folks - be cautious with these kinds of unsolicited calls.

I received a call today on the 2nd of November, 2016. The caller inquired about the delivery of some books and claimed that I had previously committed to sponsoring them several months back. Oddly enough, there was no prior indication that I was expected to pay anything. When I probed about potential costs, I was informed that I supposedly owed £149! It sounds like a complete fraud to me, and I believe BT should block this number immediately.
