Got a dodgy email supposedly from BARCLAYS but came from a “no reply” address at “mail.com”. It said something about freezing my Metro Debit Card because a suspicious payment attempt of £299.99 to Amazon UK was declined. Definitely a phishing scam, so watch out!

Got this dodgy email saying it was from BARCLAYS, telling me my Metro Debit/Card had been frozen because of some strange payment attempt to Amazon UK for £299.99 which was supposedly DECLINED. Definitely smells like phishing to me!
