Got a call from someone saying they were from o2, offering me a 30% discount on my plan. They said it wouldn’t affect my current contract, just a discount. I mentioned my plan’s about to change anyway, so I wasn’t interested. The person then insisted they weren’t changing my contract, like they didn’t really get what I was trying to say. The background was really noisy, sounded like a call centre, maybe from overseas.

I got a call from someone claiming to be O2 customer support, telling me I’d won a 50% discount for sticking with O2 for so long. It sounded convincing since I’ve been their customer for over 5 years. But something felt off when they started asking me for my O2 account info - surely they’d already have all that? I quickly realised they were trying to scam me and get hold of my contract details. Nearly fell for it though!
