Got a call from 0330 390 3935, this bloke said he was from O2 and called it “my current network provider.” Thing is, I’m not even with O2! Obviously a spammer trying to pull a fast one. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

as usual this sort of call turned out to be pointless. i think they dropped a voicemail but all i heard was them saying hello then a lot of weird noises in the background.

A bloke rang and already knew my name and where I lived. I said I'd shifted house and when he asked for the new postcode, I just gave the general area instead. He kept insisting they needed the exact postcode for some survey, but I wasn’t having it. Eventually, he just ended the call.

Not sure who called me, but if it’s some recruitment lot then they’re really bad at their job. Must have found my info on a job site, but since I only put my initials on there, the bloke seemed annoyed and kept pushing to find out my full name before chatting about the job. The number didn’t look legit at all, so I reckon it was just someone fishing for info. Honestly, these job sites can be such a headache.
