Looks like one of those dodgy scams to me. They were offering some 40% off on an O2 contract or something. I’ve fallen for a similar trick before, but from another number. Best thing is not to share any details, just put the phone down and ring O2 yourself to be sure.

I got a call and they claimed to be from O2, but when I refused to give in, the woman just told me to **** off. Honestly, how rude is that?

Someone just rang me saying they were from O2, but I'm not sure if it was real or not. Has anyone else had calls like this?

Someone claiming to be from O2 called me saying I could get 45% off my existing O2 plan. I've used O2 for about 6 years now, so I thought I'd give O2 a quick call to see if the offer was legit. Turns out, O2 told me it was a scammer trying to trick me!
