They’re not a “housing repair team” but actually a housing disrepair group. They aren’t part of the council or housing associations. It’s an independent company that assists tenants dealing with issues. They’ve supported my mum with her home and forwarded her case to a solicitor on a no win no fee deal. They’re basically promoting solicitors rather than being scammers.

Looks like this number is linked to a home repair scam based on what this site says. I've had about 6 calls from this number and some similar ones within two days. I just let it ring once and then block it, but then they call again using the same number with just the last couple of digits changed. Proper annoying!
