Got a call from someone saying they were from the housing department, which was weird since we own our place. They said it was about some damp issues we'd supposedly reported, but we never mentioned anything like that. Then they began listing a bunch of home repairs like they were fishing for some kind of response. Honestly, it felt really dodgy and like a phishing attempt. I wouldn’t share any details with them if I were you!
