I got a call from someone saying they were from Barclays, telling me there was some suspicious activity on my account.

Got a message from +44 25 9337 3253 saying something like "Clydesdale Bank flagged a £1740 purchase at Apple, ring us if you didn’t make it" or whatever. Just to check, I called the number they gave, 03301170131, over Skype. They asked for my name and address, so I gave them fake details. After a brief pause, the two women on the call just ended it. Definitely a dodgy scam attempt!
