In the past day, I've had a rather troubling experience with this number, having been contacted a dozen times. They've been insisting that I head over to the closest PayPoint to purchase a £100 voucher, meant for a solicitor who's supposedly scheduled to arrive at my address within three hours after the transaction. Curiously enough, they're also ringing me from a different number: 02031298501. Quite a nuisance, I must say!

I recently got a text that appeared to be from Barclays regarding a purchase from Apple. Total scam! Don't bother calling the number they provide. And whatever you do, steer clear of the link in that message. Always make sure to verify via your bank's official contact details found on their site. It's safest to navigate to their website on your own rather than following any links sent in those dodgy texts.

I received a text on my mobile claiming that someone had made a charge of £1749 using my debit card at the Apple Store and advised me to ring 03301170103. Naturally, I took the precaution of contacting Nationwide directly for clarification, only to find out that the message wasn’t from them at all. When I attempted to call the number back from my landline, it just informed me there was a fault on the line. I was keen to pose as part of the Fraud Prevention Team to see how they would react, but that plan fell flat. It's crucial to ignore these scammers and always reach out to your bank directly if you have any doubts. Stay safe, everyone!

I received a message from Barclays that said:

"We’ve detected that your debit card was used on 25th May 2017 at 12:54:43 at the APPLE ONLINE STORE for an amount of £1,749.00. If this wasn’t you, please call our fraud prevention team immediately on 03301170103 or from abroad at +443301170103. Please do not respond to this message via SMS."

If you're ever unsure about calling Barclays, I recommend checking their official phone numbers through their number verification tool. Just search for "Barclays number checker" and it will lead you to the link: http://www.barclays.co.uk/security/phone-number-lookup/. Stay safe!

I got a rather alarming message that seemed to be from Barclays' fraud department, claiming my debit card had been used for a hefty £1789 transaction at Apple Online. When I attempted to ring the number provided, the call abruptly disconnected. Naturally, I became quite wary and decided to contact Barclays directly. They assured me that the number I was given was indeed a scam.

I received a dodgy call claiming to be from Barclays about a fraud issue. Gave them a ring back just to tie up their phone line for ages!

I received a rather alarming message indicating that someone had supposedly used my card at an Apple shop for a whopping £1976. Apparently, this call was from the 'fraud department'. I reckon it’s a right scam! I had a similar experience a couple of years back when they nearly wiped out my bank account. When I returned the call to that number, a woman named Anita Hayes claimed to be on the line. I unleashed a barrage of names at her and others regarding their dodgy practices, but she tactically hung up without a word. Absolute charlatans, I tell you!
