Got a call from Shaun, or something like that, about a BT account but didn’t quite get the company he was from. Told him we’re registered with TPS. He said it takes 5 weeks for the update to kick in. I mentioned we’ve been on that list for over a year and a half. Then he said you need to renew it every year, which we definitely have. Honestly, do these companies even bother checking before phoning you? It’s so frustrating.

Got a call today from someone named Erin who wanted to talk about reviewing my phone contract with the account holder. When I asked for a number to ring back on, they gave me a different one - 033043666691. Not too sure about this...
