Good job I checked this number out. They called me about some “anti knife crime” book I supposedly backed a while back and said they were sending copies to schools near me. But as soon as I asked for more details, they just ended the call.

this morning, about 10:30, I got a call. I instantly noticed the scam as I’d been caught by this one years back. I told the person on the line I knew their game and to go away. after that, I just hung up.

total scam! they insisted i’d signed up to back some anti-bullying magazine for schools. as soon as i started probing, they just dropped the call on me.

They keep ringing every day but hang up as soon as I pick up. Just gonna block them now.

They claimed I’d promised to cough up £160 for some charity book half a year back and said they had a recording to prove it. Complete rubbish, if you ask me.

Looks like a scam to me. They’re asking for cash for some charity magazine you never actually signed up for. This has been going on forever. Don’t stress, you never gave them any permission. Just hang up the phone and ignore it.
