03300431746 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 03300431746 👆 is reported as a persistent and convincing scam targeting BT customers, often elderly, by falsely claiming to offer much cheaper phone and broadband deals through a company named Premier Talk or Premier Telecom, allegedly linked to BT or Openreach. Callers frequently request bank sort codes and account numbers to set up direct debits, pressuring recipients to provide sensitive information. Many victims later discover no legitimate links to BT and face difficulty cancelling contracts or stopping payments. The operation uses multiple caller names and numbers, with some reports of aggressive or harassing behaviour. Genuine companies with similar names exist, so caution is advised. It is strongly recommended not to share bank details, verify offers independently through official BT channels, and report suspicious calls to authorities promptly.

Someone called me from this number saying they were "Olivia." The call came from 02035351985. My experience matched what others have said here. It was clearly a scam trying to get me to switch to premier talk since my current provider supposedly doesn’t exist anymore! It got awkward when she began asking for info she didn’t seem to already have, so I just ended the call.

PREMIER TALK HAS NO CONNECTION TO BT OR OPENREACH - THIS IS A SCAM - NEVER HAND OVER YOUR BANK INFO!!! (and just to be clear, I’m NOT an employee of BT or Openreach, despite some guesses that maybe some reviews here come from loyal BT or EE people!). THE CALLERS ARE REALLY PERSUASIVE - DO NOT SHARE YOUR BANK DETAILS WITH THEM!!!

Its Premier Talk, not some kind of scam. You can check Trustpilot and see most reviews are positive. Considering EE keep hiking their prices, this deal looks pretty decent. Makes me think that maybe lots of the bad comments come from BT or EE fans.

Premier Telecom called me, saying they could cut my landline and internet bills, sounded pretty good at first. But then I was waiting for the catch, and sure enough, they asked for my bank info. I didn’t feel comfortable giving it over the phone, told them no. They kept saying it was safe, I asked them to send the info through the post instead, but they wouldn’t agree. So, I just ended the call.

Today, I got a call from Premier Telecom on 03300431746 claiming they could cut my BT line rental in half. The first person I spoke to then transferred me to someone named Tegan Cater. Premier Telecom from Rochester, Kent said there’s a 10-day cooling off period to cancel, but they wouldn’t post any details unless I agreed to sign up right then, saying I’d get cheaper BT landline calls. They wanted my bank info over the phone, but I said no and the caller, Josh, quickly hung up. Mrs M.K. from Hertfordshire here.

Hey, we got a call from premier talk.com but we’re not sure if it’s legit or just a scam. Feeling a bit uneasy about it.

At first it was Sophie on the line. She spoke pretty quick and said that Premier Telecom was created after BT split up. Then, after a bit, a different voice, Camille Hughes, took over saying Sophie was just training - the two voices sounded almost the same! She was pushing a deal with much cheaper rates than BT. They already had my sort code and bank account number ready to set up a direct debit, plus they asked for my address and phone number. I started feeling a bit off about the whole thing and plan to ring my bank to make sure I haven’t accidentally agreed to anything with them.

24 1 22 Got a call from Maddison Cherry at Premia Telecom. She was trying to get me to switch from BT to Premia Telecom saying I could save on my line rental and broadband. Said my bill could go down from £48 to £27.50 a month. She also claimed they're connected to BT and Openreach. Promised to send me something in writing. Planning to ring BT to double check. They gave me another number, 03309122817, which they said was customer service.

Got a call from Premier Telecom, a woman called Ellie said she could slash my line rental in half with some new deal straight from Openreach, cutting BT out so it would be cheaper. Then she got disconnected. Soon after, another woman rang and said she was Ellie’s boss, but I told her I was heading out and to ring back later. It all sounded a bit dodgy, so I wanted to have a proper look into it first.

Had quite the chat, they tried to tell me how I’d save cash, but it’s not as straightforward as they make out. If I’d switched, it probably would’ve ended up costing more. Heads up, they tell BT you’re switching just minutes after ending the call. Best steer clear of these lot, they even called pretending to be BT.

I got a call from this number today 10/12/21. My husband said it sounded like it was from BT. Ah, Bryce Lowe popped up again - actually told me his name and company email. He went on about how BT’s getting fined £600 million and said Openreach was handing over our info to Premier Telecon or Premier-Talk. Said if I gave them my bank details, they’d slash my BT bills by half. He was careful to say it wasn’t the usual long card number, but you know what they say, if it sounds too good to be true... Got a random ring from a firm calling themselves Premier Telecom claiming they can slash BT bills by half. They must have clocked I was off contract with BT (though I've just renewed with them). Strange thing is, there seem to be legit businesses with similar names, and one even lists this 0330043176 number on their website. Premier Talk said they'd knock 34% off BT prices - bit fishy, right? They gave me the same old sales pitch like everyone else. They've now sent me a Welcome Pack and mentioned a 14-day cooling off time - curious to see if anything actually turns up.

Fortunately, I've made it abundantly clear to him that he should never share his banking information with anyone who calls him, no matter how convincing they might sound. Thankfully, he held strong and didn’t share any sensitive information. We’ve also made sure to report this incident to BT.

Got a random call from someone named "Seher" who said she was with Premier Telecom trying to cut my BT landline bill in half. She was quite polite and sounded convincing. Before she asked for any bank info, I told her I'd look into it first and might call back if interested. She gave me the number 03300431746 to ring if I wanted to follow up. Not totally sure if it’s a scam or not, but after seeing other comments here, I’m staying clear and won’t be returning the call.

Got a call from 03300431746 out of the blue. A very convincing woman tried to sell me a deal to cut my line rental in half if I handed over my details to switch to Premier Talk. I told her I’d reach out to them myself, not the other way around, and then ended the call. Seemed pretty fishy to me.

Got a call from someone called Frances Smith saying she was with Premier Telecom Ltd. Said they could cut my BT phone and broadband bill in half. As soon as I mentioned sharing my bank details for the direct debit, she just ended the call. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Really professional and convincing. They even mentioned that my bank sort code and account number aren’t considered ‘primary info’. I went straight away and contacted my bank.

Really professional and convincing. They even said my bank sort code and account number aren't actually 'primary info'. I contacted my bank right away. The name Bryce Lowe came up once more.

Got a call from Premier Telecom. They said they could cut my phone bill in half. Spoke to a lady named Madison, then a bloke called Bryce Low. Both were nice enough, but I told them I’d look into it properly before deciding and would give them a ring if interested. They said BT had broken into a bunch of different companies and they could offer the same service cheaper. Usually I hang up straight away, but for some reason didn’t this time. Hoping that’s the last I’ll hear from them, thankfully.

03300 431746 Maddison Cherry - Customer Support at Premier-Talk on Trustpilot. Located in Rochester. She called to switch my phone service from BT to Premier Talk for cheaper rates. Seemed legit. Asked for my bank info to set up the new direct debit. They mentioned a 14 day cooling off period.

The person on the phone claimed to be from Premier Telecom and said they could reduce my BT phone bill by half. We ended up on quite a long call, but eventually it came down to the usual - they wanted my bank info to set up a direct debit. I hung up when the caller, who said her name was Frances, got a bit annoyed because I wouldn’t share any details. What’s really concerning is that she appeared to know all my BT account information already.

Got a call from Madgison Cherry saying they could lower our bill loads. They wanted our bank name, sort code and account number. We gave them the bank name and sort code but held back on the account number as we started feeling iffy. Contacted our bank just to check and they told us they need the account number to do anything - which made me feel a bit better!

Got a call from a bloke called James Elliot at Premier Telecom, number 03300431746. He claimed they were connected with Openreach and offered me a deal on internet and half price line rental. Everything sounded pretty convincing at first, but then they wanted my bank info, which set off alarm bells. Of course, I didn’t hand anything over. I’m just waiting to check with a family member who actually works for Openreach to see if this is legit. Not sure what to think yet, but it definitely smells a bit scammy to me.

Got a call earlier from a lady claiming to be from Premier Telecom, saying they could offer me some big discounts. She kept asking me which bank my account was with, then suddenly wanted my bank info to set up a direct debit. I told her I wasn’t happy giving those details over the phone. She was quite persistent and said her name was Frances Smith. I just ended the call right there.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Xpert Telecom, and the number they gave me to ring back was 03300432372, which I checked and it matched the one on their site. They promised a better deal than BT, sounded a bit too good to be true. It started with a lady who said her name was Shannon, then she handed me over to a bloke who introduced himself as Harry Hayes. Everything seemed alright until he asked for my bank details, saying it was needed before they could send any paperwork through. I wasn’t having any of it and told them no, so I’m not planning to take it any further.

Experts Telecom said they had a good deal on broadband and phone at lower prices. After a bit, they started asking for my bank details - account number and sort code. I refused and told them I wasn’t interested. Then they insisted I check with my bank, saying it’s fine to share that info on a call, and told me they’d ring back the next day. The bloke calling was called David Ward, I think. The number he gave was 03300432372, saying I could call back to confirm they were legit, but I never bothered.

Got a ring from Premier Talk earlier, and honestly, sounds dodgy to me. The woman was rushing through some spiel about discounts and then out of the blue asks if I’ve got power of attorney! I could tell she was gearing up to ask for my card info. I told her straight up I never share that stuff on calls and that I’d check with my hubby first. Watch out for this number: 03300431746. On 18th Feb I got a call from Premier Telecom about switching over from BT to save some cash. They asked for quite a lot of personal stuff like my date of birth, full name and even bank details to set up a direct debit, which caught me off guard. They said they’d ring me back today and send out some info pack about their service. Now I’m just waiting to see what happens next.

Someone named Amy Roberts rang me from 0330431746, offering a big discount on my phone bills and seemed quite convincing. But when I tried calling back, I was left waiting on hold for about 20 minutes with no answer. I did give them my sort code and account details, then checked online to see if it was legit. I called a firm called Premier Telecom and they told me that lots of businesses use that name. I've warned my bank already and plan to call BT next. Feels like I've been caught up in a scam.

Today, my mother-in-law, who’s 91, got a call from this number. The caller claimed to be from Premier Telecom and promised a better deal than what British Telecom offers. Sadly, she ended up giving them her bank details including her sort code, after being told it was needed to arrange direct debit payments. We’ve advised her to contact her bank straight away and let them know what’s gone on.

I got a call from BT and heard this really chatty young woman offering massive discounts on my bill. It sounded a bit dodgy to me, so I was suspicious. Then she asked for my bank info to arrange a new direct debit with BT, which made me instantly wary. She kept pressing me on why I didn’t want to share my details, which just felt sketchy. I decided not to proceed. She said her name was Lisa Coffee or something like that!
