Got a call from someone pretending to be Nationwide, saying I’d added a new payee named AHMED KHAN. They wanted me to ring back on the number they gave. seemed fishy to me.

Got a message telling me to ring this number because some Mr Kahn supposedly removed me from a group chat. Thing is, I’m not part of any group chats at all! If you’re unsure, don’t bother calling - it’s 100% a scam.

This woman started telling me she knew exactly what I was paying BT for my line rental - she got it totally wrong. Then she tried to ask who my broadband provider was but I hung up before she could say another word!
