Tried calling but no one picked up, and there wasn’t any voicemail either.

Got called a few times and they left a message about me missing a broadband appointment. Thing is, I never had any appointment booked and I wasn't keen on chatting about it over the phone anyway.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, using my real name and even knowing where I live. They said my internet was going to be disconnected soon. I just ended the call right away.

It really seemed like one of those dodgy broadband calls, I could barely make out what the woman was saying. Definitely sounded suspicious to me.

Since the 6th of September, they’ve phoned me 5 times but didn’t leave a message. I called back on the third missed call and a woman picked up, but I hung up pretty quick. Then I answered today’s call and it was a bloke, so I just ended it straight away as well.
