Got a text claiming to be from Lloyds saying a payment to Argos was blocked. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with them, the bank’s name was spelled wrong, and there’s no chance I’m ringing that number back. Sounds dodgy to me.

Got a call from 0330 043 1620 but didn’t pick up. No message left or anything and I have no idea who it was. Really puzzled by that number.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent pushing a deal on loads of utilities like gas, electric - also had something about EV rates, broadband, phone lines and several SIM cards. When I asked about the standing charges for gas and electric, which he hadn't actually mentioned before, he got quite sharp and said he’d told me already. Feels like one of those scams I've read about from the Genesis Tower in Kolkata, India. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
