I suggested they send any inquiries via email or traditional post instead. While they present themselves in an impeccably professional manner, once they’ve secured your payment details, they begin to levy charges for services they are utterly unable to supply. Furthermore, they attempt to impose cancellation fees and exorbitant rates, even if you decide to back out within the 14-day cooling-off period. Since no contracts are ever issued or signed, there’s no real justification for any cancellation fees. This outfit is nothing short of a highly sophisticated scam. Exercise extreme caution with their claims regarding uSwitch; they can't be trusted. I've reached out to uSwitch, and they have confirmed that this company has no legitimate ties to them, yet they continually peddle Telegent’s offerings.
