I received a text around four hours ago, and then another three in quick succession. They're really eager for me to give them a ring. I reached out to T-Mobile, and they confirmed it’s nothing to do with them - definitely a scam! I wouldn’t advise anyone to call back. I’ve deleted the messages. Cheers, Malky.

It appears this is related to our agreement. We had tried to set up a contract with them, and it seems these individuals were trying to contact us again. They're based in Swansea, I believe.

We've encountered a situation just like what Claire from T-Mobile mentioned-absolute nonsense! The contract remains in effect... feeling a bit fed up, to be honest! 😂

I've received the same irritating message claiming that I can terminate my contract, but the thing is, we’re on a pay-as-you-go plan!

We received a message from Cell Outlet claiming that we could terminate our contract with T Cell effective straight away. We decided to give them a call, but then we hung up as we started to suspect it might be a scam! Has anyone else ended up losing any cash over this?

Received a text this evening around 7 o'clock regarding the cancellation of our T-Mobile contract. I did a quick search for "Mobile Outlet" and frankly, it doesn't seem like these folks have any association with T-Mobile at all! I'm contemplating giving them a ring, but we're genuinely suspicious that it might either be a con or that ringing them could end up costing pay-as-you-go users an arm and a leg!

I received a text from this number claiming that I could terminate my contract whenever I wished. However, I’m currently bound by my commitment to T Mobile. I decided to contact customer service to clarify the situation, and it turns out this number is bogus and seems to have a mission to tarnish T Mobile's reputation. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Absolutely, we've received messages too. I'm doubtful about making a call-it'll likely be extortionate and feels like a bit of a scam, if I'm honest!

So, is it safe to say this is a dodgy operation? We were just about to hand over our details but something felt off, so we made the wise decision to hang up.
