They called the house again and I just let the answering machine pick up. The caller heard the message asking to replace the handset and try again, over and over for about a minute. Pretty decent voicemail greeting from me - straight deleted and BLOCKED. Honestly, my BT phone only holds 10 blocked numbers and I need way more. Phone companies should really offer free call blocking services, it's getting totally outta control!

Got a call this morning asking if I had a will, I just ended the call straight away. I’m registered with TPS but it seems pointless! Already had half a dozen calls about boilers today.

She called herself Leanne and was talking about changing my will, saying it was all confidential and nothing to do with anyone else. She even said sorry love! I cut her off to tell her I’m on the TPS and that her call was against the rules since I never asked to be contacted. I told her to take me off their calling list. She said she would, but I’m not holding my breath!

"Change and Save Ltd" keep ringing back asking if we’ve got a will sorted. Loads of review sites are full of the same glowing feedback, but there’s also plenty of complaints about them cold calling. I tend to believe the complaints more. We’re signed up with the TPS so we’re definitely reporting them to both TPS and ICO. Seems like they couldn’t care less about the rules and it’s about time they faced the consequences.

Got a call off someone claiming to be from "Change and Save Ltd" out of Bolton asking if we had a will sorted. The supposed 'manager' admitted they’re aware of the TPS but shrugged it off, saying a couple of calls slip through now and then. Judging by the timeline and the many complaints on different review sites about this number, it’s clear they don’t give a toss about TPS or the ICO rules. I’ll be reporting them for sure. If more folks flag them up, there’s a better chance the ICO will step in and dish out hefty penalties.

Got a call from some British scammer asking if I'd "sorted my will yet?". I immediately blew my whistle down the phone, but oddly enough, this time it didn’t faze him! Then he asked if that made me feel any better. So irritating. I lost my cool and let fly with some hefty swearing. When he asked where I picked up that language, I told him it was after going through cancer treatment this year and being woken up daily by muppets like him. Honestly, he really needs to find a real job.

Honestly, these are just scammers and telemarketer types who’ve flooded every site like this with fake reviews. I saw somewhere else that they charge way more than they should for this kind of service. If you’re sorting out a will or want to update one, I’d suggest going straight to a local solicitor in person - at least you’ll get clear fees from the start and won’t have to deal with these pest callers ringing out of the blue.

Got a call around 5:30pm on 26 October from someone claiming to be from a firm named Chase, asking if we were interested in making a will. I explained we already had an appointment with a solicitor planned for the next day. We’ve only been living here for about two and a half weeks and the phone number is brand new. When I asked how they had our number, she said it was a random automated call. I just ended the call there.

Got a ring from these pests earlier. The bloke wanted to know when I last sorted or changed my will. I said why does that even matter to him, and he said he works with legit will writers. My £20 CallBlocker stopped the call, which is good. But I seen that Mrs E Simpson’s positive review above is exactly the same as one from a Mr P Thornton in Liverpool on another site, so it probably isn’t real and could be some kinda fake identity scam - watch out!

Something fishy is going on with that one positive review here - the one beginning with "Last week I got a call from them and I was pretty doubtful." If you put that exact phrase into Google, you'll see about half a dozen reviews that are exactly the same, word for word, but with different names, all singing Change & Save’s praises. It really seems like Change and Save might be planting their own fake good reviews on these cold call complaint sites. Honestly, I wish someone would put a stop to these companies just ringing anyone they fancy. I’ve had a call off them myself and I just ended the call the second they started asking questions about my will.

Last week, I got a call from this company and I wasn’t too sure about it at first. Still, I needed to get a will done, so I thought I’d hear them out. Next day, this guy Karl came around to my place and he was brilliant. He talked me through everything really clearly and professionally. Absolute merry scammers if you ask me! They keep ringing up those of us on the Telephone Preference Service, like me, hoping to con us into paying some ludicrous amount for a will. You can easily pick up a legit will kit from the high street for about £20, and my local building society sorts one for £40 tops. So why on earth would I give these muppets £100? If anyone from Change & Save is reading this, seriously, knock it off with the cold calls to people who’ve signed up to TPS.

Ah, classic telemarketers with their scare tactics like "YOU’VE BEEN ROBBED". Honestly, getting a Will drawn up usually costs about £20. I’m pretty sure they’ve also got themselves listed as the executor, which means they end up raking in thousands from your estate, while your family gets hardly a penny. Such a dodgy scheme!

The day after, a chap named Karl showed up at my place and he was brilliant. He went through everything clearly and professionally, and I was able to get a solid will for just £99 - way cheaper than what my lawyer was asking! But when I rang them today and asked where they were based, they gave me a different address: No 2 Thomas Holden Street, Bolton BL1 2QG. Seems that place is actually where Telesys is located.
