Got a couple of texts saying some enforcement team would be at my place to pick up a debt owed if I didn’t ring them back to sort out payment.

Got a call from some American bloke and he was swearing like mad the whole time. Proper rude and not what I was expecting at all. Was quite shocking really, didn’t like it one bit.

Got a call yesterday evening saying my business energy costs were going up. Then this morning, another one telling me to ditch my direct debit and swap to Maxen Power for supposedly better rates. I took a look at my current deal, and the prices were actually cheaper with my existing supplier, plus I'm still tied into the contract. Feels a bit dodgy to me, especially since they've now got my bank details.

Absolute charlatans! They masqueraded as my current energy provider, claiming they were releasing me from my contract. Just moments later, they rang me again, attempting to lure me into signing up with a different energy firm that would actually cost me more. Their relentless calls to both my landline and mobile are downright invasive. Stay vigilant!

Had loads of calls from them pressuring me to sign an electricity deal. They kept nagging for copies of my bills and got really rude when I said no! Proper annoying experience.

Got a call from some energy company trying to sell me stuff, typical cold caller nonsense. Honestly, not worth my time even pretending to be interested.

CAUTION: IT'S A SCAMMER! I received a call from a bloke claiming to represent the UK Energy Council, insisting that my utility bills were significantly inflated. Whatever you do, don't divulge any personal information to this chap. It's a complete con!
