Das scheint die Postbank zu sein. Ich habe nur die automatische Ansage gehört: „Der nächste verfügbare Mitarbeiter wird Ihren Anruf umgehend entgegennehmen.“ Ein typisches Call-Center, oder? Es ist schon merkwürdig, warum man nie gleich jemanden am anderen Ende erreicht, wenn man abnimmt. Könnte es sein, dass sie einen Predictive Dialer verwenden?
