Today, I got a call from this number. Upon picking up, I was met by a recorded message purporting to be from the HM Revenue and Customs Fraud division. It alleged that I was implicated in significant fraudulent activities, and warned that if I didn’t furnish the requested details, a warrant for my swift arrest would be issued. Quite alarming, to say the least!
