Some bloke rang me claiming he was from HMRC and said I was being investigated for some sort of criminal offence. He said if I didn’t press 1 to have an interview about these accusations, they’d send a warrant to arrest me. I couldn’t help but chuckle and, obviously, I just ended the call without hitting 1 - even though I’m really curious what these so-called crimes were!
