I received a rather unpleasant call on my mum's mobile yesterday. The person on the other end was rather abrasive, claiming that she had a package awaiting collection. To add to the stress, they went on to threaten her by saying that if she didn’t pick it up soon, she’d be facing severe consequences. Strangely, this individual didn't bother to identify themselves at all. Quite troubling, to say the least!
