I received a rather alarming call from a male voice, speaking English, claiming that I'd been flagged by HMRC for fraudulent activities. He insisted that if I didn’t press 1 right away, I’d face an arrest warrant. The number that popped up was 03002009681. Quite unsettling, to say the least!
