I got a call from 020 02009366 on my phone and it was some robot voice saying it was from HMTC and to press 1 to continue. I just cut it off straight away. Then I tried calling the number back from my house phone and it went to an automated message saying I'd reached Birmingham City Council. Sounds a bit fishy to me, really weird and not trustworthy at all.

I got one of those usual HMRC scam calls recently. I’ve had a couple before so I kinda figured it was dodgy, but I decided to press 1 just to see what was going on. Ended up speaking to a really abrupt and rude lady, sounded Asian, and she just cut me off straight away when I asked what she wanted. Quite shocking!
