Indeed, I can confirm that this number is associated with HMRC and mentions tax fraud linked to my name. I received a call earlier today from 030020081060, urging me to press 1 to connect with an advisor. I chose not to answer, as it seemed to be yet another scam attempt.

I received a pre-recorded message claiming that I was under investigation for fraud by HMRC. It instructed me to press 1 if I wanted to chat with an advisor. At that moment, I decided to hang up, fully aware that it was just another scam attempt.

Received a call purporting to be from HMRC, insisting that there’s a tax matter linked to my name. They rattled on about a supposed case against me, despite the fact that I’m not self-employed and my only income is through my employment. They threatened that I’d face arrest if I didn’t press 1 to talk to an agent. Quite the scare tactic, wasn’t it?
