I've had a right nuisance with this number, +44 300 200 7706 - I went ahead and blocked them. It's an automated call, and I wouldn't dream of pressing '1' like they instructed. They're going on about the police and HMRC in a threatening manner, but honestly, no legitimate government body would utter such nonsense like that. Keep your wits about you!
