Sounds like these are part of some dodgy criminal group. They're really aggressive and scary on the phone. Honestly, just hang up and don't pick up their calls, cos they try to freak you out by saying the police are on their way to get you.

got a call from someone pretending to be hmrc, so i just blocked the number straight away. then they tried again with another one, 03453003958 or something like that. was definitely a scam.

I got a voicemail saying it was from hmrc but it sounded so dodgy, they’d never ring like that for real. Definitely a scam so I just blocked the number.
