Got a call from 03002004085 claiming there was some fraud case against me and if I didn’t press 1, the police would show up to arrest me. I just ended the call straight away. The day before I’d already missed two calls from numbers almost the same, just the last four digits changed every time. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.

Same thing happened to me, some English bloke saying there’s a HMRC Tax Fraud issue with my name. Thought it was a joke, chuckled and just ended the call. Absolute scam!

Got a call from this number 0300 200 3118 and it was the usual rubbish about HMRC and some fraud investigation supposedly involving me. Seems like the same scam loads of people have mentioned online. What do these scammers expect to get out of it anyway? Best just to block this one and not answer.

Got a call from someone pretending to be HMRC, telling me I had some tax fraud investigation going on. The person on the other end was a woman with a Pakistani accent who just went off on me with every swear word imaginable. I fired back some insults too, and honestly, the way she snapped back was hilarious! After a bit of this ridiculous banter, she just ended the call. What a load of rubbish scam, but I gotta admit, it was kinda entertaining for a minute! 😂

When I hit 1 like it said, it put me through to some call centre in India. They asked for my name, but I wouldn’t share it and asked why they were even ringing me. Then they said they couldn’t chat without a name - definitely a total scam. At least I got to have a bit of a rant! 😡

Got a call from this number today. I didn’t say anything when I answered and the line just went dead. I’d had a similar call before from a number like this one, some HMRC scam. Herts police made a video with actors warning about these calls - it’s obvious the people ringing aren’t from the UK and don’t know how to act on the phone. When I asked who they were trying to reach, it seemed they’d got the info from O2. To top it off, they told me to f*** off at the end. Definitely a dodgy caller.
