Received a call claiming there was a tax fraud case filed against me, threatening arrest if I didn’t press '1'. Clearly a scam, as I've done nothing wrong with my taxes!

I reckon this is a dodgy operation. I received a message claiming I'm under investigation for tax fraud! It then urges me to dial a separate number for further information. Definitely doesn’t seem like it's coming from any legitimate tax office!
