My poor mum, who’s been really unwell, got a phone call from 03002002989. It was some automated voice saying they were from the hmre and that I was being investigated for fraud. They threatened arrest unless I pressed 1. Absolute scam if you ask me!

Had a call early this morning warning me I'd be arrested straight away if I didn’t hit 1. Really curious who’s behind this nonsense! 11!

I've kept blocking these calls but they just end up using numbers that are a tiny bit different. I'm really concerned they'll start ringing my elderly in-laws since they get really anxious about stuff like this. It’s annoying and I wish there was some way to put a stop to it!

Got a robocall claiming to be from HMRC, said I owed some tax and if I didn’t hit 1 quickly, they’d send the cops after me! Proper scare tactic, totally dodgy.

I'm thinking it's a scam too. If I'd done something dodgy or fallen victim to a con, I'm pretty sure HMRC would have gotten involved by now - maybe even arrested me or suggested I take over Boris Johnson’s role! I've already sent an email with all the info to ‘[email protected]’ just in case.

Got a call earlier from some automated voice claiming to be from HMRC. It said I’d be arrested straight away if I didn’t press 11. Surely this is against the law? Feels like a total scam to me.

Just missed a call from them, and I’m buzzing waiting for a callback - can’t wait to have another go at it with them. The last time I said I was a copper (which I really am) and the bloke was proper cheeky, calling me all sorts of names and accusing me of lying. Really hoping for round two!
