I've just had an alarming text from this number, claiming that there's some sort of HMRC case kicking off against me. It urged me to press 1 if I wanted to be put through, but then warned me ominously that failing to do so could lead to my imminent arrest! What on earth is going on here? Can anyone shed some light on this? It's utterly shocking to think that such tactics are being employed on unsuspecting individuals. - caller: HMRC
