Following up on an earlier post from 17/06/2019, the HMRC site says this is definitely a scam. They warn you not to hit 1 or share any of your personal info.

Got a call from some automated voice claiming that there’s a tax fraud linked to my name with HMRC or something. Sounded dodgy to me, so I didn’t bother replying properly. Definitely felt like one of those scam calls.
