So, I got one of those usual HMRC scam calls. I’ve had a couple before, so I was pretty sure it was dodgy, but I thought I’d press 1 just for a laugh and see what would happen. Ended up speaking to this really hostile woman with an Asian accent who just booted me off the phone the moment I asked what she wanted. Classic HMRC scam if you ask me. Honestly, no clue why I even bothered to check it out in the first place!

I just got a call claiming to be from HMRC saying I've got a tax fraud issue and that I could be arrested. It sounded really alarming, but if you didn't already know, it’s a total scam. So watch out, it’s not legit at all.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, threatening me that if I hung up, I’d be arrested for fraud! Can you believe the nerve? When I didn’t bite and told them to stop, they rudely told me to “shut up” and just hung up on me. What a dodgy scam!
