I got a voicemail from 03002 009779 threatening arrest if I didn’t ring back. Figured I’d call them back just to see what’s going on, but it was all rubbish, nothing at all serious. The number’s nowhere to be found online either. Honestly, when will they stop letting these dodgy companies keep bothering people and start taking legal action against whoever’s behind it? It’s just harassment.

I received a call earlier concerning fraudulent activity, in which I was threatened with arrest by a particularly chilling voice.

I got a call saying I was in trouble with HMRC for some tax fraud and had to press 1 or they’d arrest me soon. I just hung up instead of pressing anything. I wasn’t feeling great, really worn out, and I just ended up crying. These annoying calls are getting me down - what’s the point of even answering anymore?

Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be HMRC saying there was some fraud on my account and if I didn’t hit 1, I’d be arrested. So I pressed 1 and waited ages for someone to pick up, but the call just dropped. Now I’m just sitting here waiting for these scammers to show up and arrest me, was kinda hoping for a bit of a laugh but oh well!

Got a call claiming I owed 450 quid or I’d be taken to court. I told them to go ahead with the court case and they just hung up. What a load of scammers! Hahaha.

I received a call from an unknown number just a few minutes ago warning me that I was implicated in a tax fraud case. The caller insisted that I press 'one' to speak with someone immediately, otherwise, I would face arrest. Curiosity got the better of me and I pressed 'one', but the call abruptly ended. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the number does not actually exist. This was the first time I experienced such a unsettling call and it left me feeling quite perturbed. From now on, I refuse to answer any calls with this particular area code.
