Got a call from 013005557771 today. The bloke was really blunt and sharp when I told him I wasn’t up for answering any questions about my home. He said he’d ring again but I told him 'no cheers'. Then he kept pushing and arguing with me like 4 or 5 times after I’d already refused. I get calls like this regularly and it really winds me up, especially when they’re rude or start shouting. It’s even worse when I’ve just finished a night shift and been woken up.

I've been buzzed by this number thrice today. On two occasions, I picked up the call, but as soon as they inquired about my name, I hung up swiftly. The last time, I decided to let it go to the answering machine, yet they didn’t leave a message behind. It appears to be a call centre operating out of India.

I got a call from someone with an Indian accent, asking for my mum. I told them she was unavailable, and they asked if I was a relative. I said yes, and then they said they wanted to ask a few easy questions about the house. They promised if I answered, they wouldn’t call again. I agreed, but when they read out an address they claimed was mine, I told them we don’t live there anymore. After that, I just hung up.

I received a call from someone seeking a different individual. I informed him that I wasn’t that person and requested that my number be taken off his contact list. He then inquired about my name. I reiterated that since I wasn’t the person he was after, it was of no concern to him who I was. He continued to interrupt me, demanding my name. Eventually, he declared, “You won’t assist me, and I won’t assist you.” I responded that I had no need for his assistance, and shortly after, he hung up. Quite impolite, if you ask me!

I've had a couple of calls from 029 2519 4750 over the last couple of days, both yesterday and today. The first call was from a woman with an Asian accent, then a man called. I asked them who they were but they just kept talking without answering. When I questioned why they're constantly calling, the man got quite loud and started shouting, so I just ended the call.

Got a call the other day from someone who sounded like they were working in a call centre in India. They asked for me by name, but when I checked the address they gave, it was completely wrong. I asked which company they were from, but all I got was a really dodgy and unclear answer. When I said I didn’t want to carry on, the bloke suddenly got all rude and started accusing me of wasting his time! I told him since his info was wrong, I didn’t trust he was legit, then just hung up. We’re on the TPS list anyway.

My son, who's a bit of a prankster, decided to mess around with one of them, asking silly questions and talking nonstop until the caller finally gave up and hung up. Clearly, it was a call centre at play. The chap on the other end just wouldn't grasp that I wasn't the individual he was looking for. When I requested his number, he rattled off a jumble of digits that made no sense whatsoever. What’s more, he then tried to pry into my personal details-my name, my phone number, whether I was hitched or not, you name it. Ultimately, I decided enough was enough and hung up. I tried dialing 1471 to find out more about the number that had called me, but when I attempted to ring it back, it simply wasn’t recognised. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!

This morning I’ve received a couple of silent calls. The second one made me ring 1471 straight away, and it showed the caller was 02925 194750 at 12:28. Trying the number myself like someone else mentioned, I only entered 02925, but it came back as not recognised. Being older, these calls really get on my nerves, and I think the proper authorities need to step in and find a way to stop them. I’ve also got a new Siemens Gigaset phone recently and it lets you block certain numbers, so I’m going to set that up now.
