Received a call from this number out of the blue, asking if I was Mr Huge. Well, I’m definitely not as slim as I’d prefer, but "huge" is a bit much! When I rang back, I got through to someone called Kelly after asking for a manager. Throughout the call, I could hear the original caller in the background. Kelly denied anyone was eavesdropping. I mentioned they might want to train their staff on how to say names properly. Kelly insisted the caller was fully English, but then switched to saying he was partly Somali. Asked her where they were based; she said Cardiff. When I repeated that, she told me I was being rude! If their customer service reflects their work, I’d be wary of dealing with this lot.
