I received an unexpected telephone call from this number where the caller eagerly enquired if I was Mr Huge. While I can't say I'm in tip-top shape, I certainly wouldn’t classify myself as 'huge'! Intrigued, I rang the number back and requested to speak with a manager, leading me to a person named Kelly. Strangely enough, I could hear the initial caller chattering away in the background the whole time. When I brought this up, Kelly insisted that there was no one eavesdropping. I pointed out that perhaps they ought to educate their staff on pronouncing folks' names correctly, to which she confidently claimed the caller was 100% English, only to later alter that to part Somali. When I asked about their location, she mentioned Cardiff, but upon me repeating it, she thought I was being discourteous!
